While each application is a free download from the App Store, they require either the purchase on an Oracle specific connector or an Enterprise edition license that allows remote access back to the Oracle data system.  If you have had hands on experience with any of Oracle’s iPhone applications, please contact us, we would like to hear from you.

So Oracle was the first developer of enterprise software to be accepted by Apple into the app store.
